The T. N. Foo Centre for Positive Mental Health is going to organize a 4-day Immersion Course in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP Level I) with the theme “Awakening the Power of Transformance: Practicing AEDP Therapy”. The details are as follows:

  • Explore, Bypass, and Transform Psychological Defenses

  • Differentiate and Manage Red-Signal vs. Green-Signal Affects

  • Track Somatic Micro-Signals and Optimize Dyadic Regulation

  • Go Through Core Affective Experience to Completion for Transformation

  • Work with Clinical Portrayals to Mobilize Client Agency and Neuroplasticity

  • Understand Intra-relational AEDP® Therapy Work for Healing Trauma and Dissociation

  • Facilitate Metatherapeutic Processing for Flourishing and Core State
