1. Assistant Director
Requirements:
  1. A recognized degree in social work or related disciplines; post-graduate training in HR/financial management an advantage.
  2. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experiences in social services, with at least 3 years in management positions.
  3. Experience in organizational performance management, strategic planning and service development.
  4. Good command in both English and Chinese language.
Job Duties:
  1. To support the Executive Committee in planning and development of service, and execution of strategic plans/policies.
  2. To provide leadership and direction to lead staff, ensuring performance goals are set and met.
  3. To administer management functions for smooth and effective operation of the organization services, including HR/system development and financial management.
  4. To represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partners
Remuneration: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

2. Clinical Service Lead
Requirements:
  1. A recognized degree in clinical psychology, social work, occupational therapy, psychiatric nursing or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experiences in mental health services.
  3. Registered with relevant professional bodies in Hong Kong or have a valid practicing certificate/license issued by local authorities.
  4. Good command in both English and Chinese language.
Job Duties:
  1. To play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Association’s ICCMWs provide high quality client focused care.
  2. To provide professional advice and support to staff members of the centre and help develop professional protocols and standard of practices.
  3. To lead the training supervision and continuous assessment for professional staff to develop a learning environment.
  4. To act as case manager for cases with complex needs to ensure timely provision of client-centred services.
Remuneration: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
